Welcoming this month to our practice at Doctor's Naturae in Stoney Creek is Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Katie Larocque.
With over four years of working in natural health, Katie specializes in healthy meal planning, healthy cooking, supplementation support, weight loss, and digestive disturbances.
Katie's approach to many of the body's complaints is the introduction of an individualized health-giving diet, alongside the appreciation of food and mental wellness to receive nutrients.
"Our bodies are much more than the health giving foodstuffs that we put into them. We need to really learn to love our souls and respect our bodies and then we can really live beautifully", says Katie.
