3 hrs on Saturday morning
This is an 8-week celebration filled with learning, experience and fun!! Join Sandi Loytomaki in an exploration that will deepen your understanding of yourself and the world surround you.
Are you a curious sort – interested in learning more about yourself? Are you on a “healing journey”? Do you have an injury or illness you are recovering from? Do you have a loved one you are supporting who has an injury or illness they are recovering from? Do you want to be the very best you can be every day – dealing with what arises with ease, even when the challenge may require significant effort?
If so, this course is a wisdom filled, action filled workshop for you.
In the 8 weeks of Active Principles for Restoration of Vital Health, you will be introduced to :
11 Vital Health principles that lay the foundation and understanding of how to
create, maintain and sustain health in a living system
11 active principles for restoration of balance within a living system - YOU.
Each week will include a dynamic discussion, exercises (from Kundalini Yoga and various world traditions) and actions you can take home and put in practice into your daily life. You – your body – your mind – your emotions – your spirit – is a living system. Keeping balance in this living system is a science and an art – something we need to learn – and practice. When our living system is significantly out of balance, we call that illness or disease, crashing or breakdown, overwhelm or trauma.
Are you interested in knowing some of the universal principles that allow us to have balance in all aspects of our being? This knowledge helps us when we are out of balance, in any part of our being, to return to a place of balance. This knowledge helps us when the chaos of others, affects our perception of our lack of personal balance, to return to a place of balance.
This workshop is specifically designed for YOU – to assist yourself to rize to your best self.
Come along for the ride – if you are willing!!!
