After years of feeling unwell and not finding success through conventional medical practices, I found my way to Holistic Nutrition, where I found success in balancing my life and health. I am incredibly passionate about the positive impacts of holistic nutrition not only on individuals, but also it's positive impact on environmental sustainability, and animal and social welfare.

While working in the health and wellness industry, I decided to further my passion of helping people through nutrition and studied Holistic Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Mississauga. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I provide a very individual holistic approach to health care based on each client's needs. I believe that optimal health can be achieved through lifestyle modifications that make lifelong impacts on health, wellness, and happiness.

I have a huge passion for food and flavour. I believe that everyone can make healthy, homemade meals, even in today's busy world. I'm passionate about providing guidance to individuals and families who want to eat nutritious and DELICIOUS food! Meal planning services are for anyone who wants to eat well, and are particularly valuable for those who:

  • want to address health concerns through nutrition
  • need to follow a specific diet protocol like
  • have difficulty eating healthily in a busy world
  • want to eat healthy but don't know where to start
  • need new recipe inspiration
  • want to feed the whole family nutritious meals
  • have family members who are picky eaters

    My meal plans are not strictly regimented and do not require "dieting", calorie restriction, or precise portion control. I believe that a holistic approach to eating well means eating an abundance of nutritious foods that are also tasty and satisfying. My meal plans are customized to include the foods that you LOVE and exclude the ones you don't!

    All one week meal plans are jam packed full of 35 recipes that will actually last even longer than one week, with the option to make leftovers. I like to provide my clients with a large variety of healthy recipes that can be used over again, which include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts. All recipes also include beautiful colour photos, easy instructions, and a handy grocery list for your shopping needs.

    My meal planning services are available to all, no matter your location, from the comfort of your own home! We will provide you with our intake form to learn about your individual dietary needs and details. a beautiful customized meal plan will be emailed to you within 1 week.

    Making healthy meals at home, from scratch doesn't mean you'll be slaving in the kitchen. I provide many recipes that are quick and easy to make! I can't wait to provide you with delicious, wholesome recipes and share my passion for food with you!
