Dr. Tracy Pan
Dr. Tracy Pan, ND, B.Sc.
Naturopathic Doctor, Practice Director ANXIETY & STRESS MANAGEMENT - CHILDREN'S HEALTH
Tracy maintains a Family-focused practice, focusing on stress and anxiety management, childhood health concerns, and medical mysteries. Tracy uses an energetic technique called Auricular Medicine; a non-invasive tool to help identify imbalances in the body. Through the feel of her pulse, she can recognize changes in the rate and rhythm of the pulse allowing her to access what your body wants us to know. There are no machines, and the treatment is performed in a very relaxed setting. Utilizing this method Dr. Pan can determine which foods and/or supplements will be the most effective as well as what to avoid. Furthermore, by accessing this unique individual information she can provide multiple layers to treatment allowing for deep healing. Auricular medicine is similar to muscle testing, applied kinesiology and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Food sensitivity testing is included in standard visits. Tracy is also trained in Holistic Counseling, a form of counseling that considers our past and how it affects our physical bodies. In this approach, Tracy observes the dialogue and body cues that come with sharing your story. This experience is very helpful breaking repetitive patterns and learning how to release them. By re-framing old patterns and beliefs Holistic Counseling eventually leads to an awareness and release that is truly healing.
Her mind-body approach to healing is helpful for addressing: High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Auto-immunity, Obesity, Hormonal Imbalances, Anxiety and Depression, Multiple Sclerosis, ADD/ADHD, Autism, Speech and Motor Impairmentsand Night terrors, just to name a few. With each visit, individuals are taught strategies to help reduce stress and how to incorporate them into their busy lives. Strategies include a variety of breathing exercises, visualizations and guided meditation.
Tracy also serves as Doctors Naturae's Practice Director. She is a member in good standing of The College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and is an active member of both The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and The Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
